The Francesca Set draws inspiration from sun-ripened tomatoes, vintage Italian summers, and richly layered color. Designed in moody red, muted green, and rich brown, the collection feels playful yet sophisticated — blending bold details with a soft, elevated femininity.

Please note that minor surface scratches are a normal characteristic of acrylic mahjong tiles. Due to the tumbling and polishing processes used during production, subtle marks may occur and may be more noticeable on darker colors and finishes. These natural variations do not affect the quality, durability, or functionality of the tiles and are considered part of the manufacturing process.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing flaw or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@hautemahjong.com. Items must be unused and returned in their original sealed shrink wrap.

Please note that scratches or markings naturally occur during the acrylic tumbling process and can be more visible on darker tiles. These are considered normal and are not classified as flaws.

If your product is determined to have a true manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer a replacement or exchange when available.
